Operating from India, we coordinate with clients worldwide, overcoming time zone differences with seamless collaboration. For IMEX, held in Frankfurt and Las Vegas, our team transformed raw content into 35 to 40 engaging posts within three days.

Our partnership with LITG began as a pilot project at IMEX 2022. The immediate success and smooth collaboration led to a long-term relationship. Each year, our teamwork has strengthened, resulting in creative and impactful content that consistently positions LITG at the forefront of the industry.

Overcoming the Odds with Modern Solutions

Preparation for IMEX starts months in advance. We refine templates and closely coordinate with LITG's marketing team, creating almost 30-35 posts before the event and producing content in real-time during the event. Despite our client's extensive travels, we faced and overcame several challenges:

  • Internet Connectivity: With thousands of professionals at the event, internet speed was a common issue.
  • Rapid Approvals: Getting quick approvals from multiple stakeholders was challenging.
  • Background Noise: The noise at the events often got captured in the raw footage.
  • Content Quality: WhatsApp, used for faster communications, often compressed images and videos.
  • Turnaround Time: Each content piece was crafted and published within 20-30 minutes to maintain engagement during the event.

Addressing Challenges Head-On

Handling challenges is part of our job. Here’s how we tackled them:

  • Internet Connectivity: Scheduled uploads and communications when the internet was stable.
  • Background Noise: Used AI tools to reduce background noise and improve audio quality.
  • Content Quality: Provided guidelines for capturing high-quality content and used professional editing tools.
  • Turnaround Time: Pre-approved templates allowed us to quickly add images and videos, working efficiently within the limited time.

  • 2024: Top performer at IMEX Frankfurt with 135,000 impressions, 15,000 engagements, an influence score of 500,000, and a voice share of 24.5%.
  • 2023: First position at IMEX Frankfurt with 119,000 impressions, 13,000 engagements, an influence score of 455,638, and a voice share of 22.3%.
  • 2022: Top 9 and Top 10 in public profile with 84,000 impressions, 8,000 engagements, an influence score of 380,000, and a voice share of 1.264%.
